We want your experience at the London Digestive Disease Institute (LDDI) to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find practical information on how to get to our clinic, where to park, and what to expect when you arrive.
For information and pre-appointment instructions for specific procedures:

We’re conveniently located in the heart of London’s west end, with free parking and easy access via public transit.
(785 Wonderland Rd. S., Suite 253A, London, ON N6K 1M6)
Routes 7, 10, 15 and 24 have stops directly at Westmount Shopping Centre
(For schedules and route maps, visit the LTC website)
Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and pre-procedure preparation.
Please bring the following: Ontario Health Card and current medication/allergy information.
You MUST bring a completed copy of the 'Patient Anesthesia Questionnaire' to your appointment.
If you are having a procedure with sedation, you will not be allowed to drive home. Please arrange for a responsible adult to accompany you and take you home (Note: patient's responsible adult must remain onsite during the entirety of their procedure)
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
Avoid using perfumes, colognes, or scented products on the day of your visit.
